In 2019, we started our internal STOP PLASTIC campaign, under which we opted out of the use of plastic bags in stores and minimised the consumption of plastic products in offices. At the company’s head office, we have opted out of the use of plastic bottles and we replaced them with water dispensers and glass carafes — we do not use plastic cutlery, cups or straws.
We also keep encouraging our employees to recycle waste — there are special recycling bins in our offices. Furthermore, T-Mobile employees working in stores of the network may also order special recycling containers.
We also encourage our customers to use less plastic — customers can leave their old, life-expired mobile phones, battery and all accessories at the company’s stores. Rather than hitting the dustbin, the equipment will be recycled or reused in a way that is safe for the environment.
